Can I Get Same Day Delivery?
Same day dispatch if ordered before 3pm.
Simply order before 3pm and we will endeavour to dispatch same day. Use the Express option if you want to receive your parcel quicker.
Methods Of Payment?
PayPal, Credit Card, Square and Afterpay. All these payment are secure. Refer back to providers fine print for fee’s and policies.
Direct Deposit?
We offer Direct Deposit into bank account. For convenience and no fee’s, you can deposit via OSKO secure instant deposit. Bank Details are available at checkout. Simple go into your internet secure banking and make sure you chose the OSKO instant banking so your parcel can be dispatched same day.
Policies & Procedures?
We don’t refund for change of mind on a purchase.
If you have accidentally ordered the incorrect product: Contact us as soon as possible so a change can be made. (If parcel he has already been dispatched Consumer will pay for postage for return and re-dispatch of product)
Damaged or Faulty products returns If products have arrived damaged or faulty please contact us within 24 hours of receiving parcel. On receiving products check product isn’t faulty. Everything is checked before it’s dispatched however if something has become damaged and faulty in transit it must be reported within 24 of postal receival receipt date. A Printable Prepaid Barcode will be emailed to you to place on parcel for return. A New products will be dispatched only once the damaged products have been received by us.
Products sent Incorrectly Products incorrectly sent out will be re-sent to you free of charge. please contact us within 24 hours of receiving parcel. We will then verify with image of parcel taken before dispatch. A Printable Prepaid Barcode will be emailed to you, to place on parcel for return. A new product will be dispatched only once the incorrect products have been received by us.

Reaction to products We suggest you only purchase products you have tried before or are confident there will be no reactions to your skin. As we are an online store we assume most consumers will be prepared to take the risk of an adverse or disappointing reaction. While we exchange on faulty products, we do not exchange just because you don’t like a product or it has caused a reaction.
